Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At SYGMA, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

The item must not fall under the non-returnable category listed below.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thesygmaa@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For size-related exchanges (if applicable), please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Personal care, hygiene, beauty, or intimate-use products once opened

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by Sygma.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the standard return policy will apply.
