Thank you for shopping with SYGMA. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, sales events, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.


Delivery Time

As we work with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–14 business days

  • Remote Locations: 10–18 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable pin codes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel COD orders in cases of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

  • Repeated order refusals

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Non-serviceable delivery locations


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, SYGMA cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided and the shipment is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at thesygmaa@gmail.com and we will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue.


International Shipping

Currently, SYGMA ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
